Are you the owner of your own dream villa/apartment on the Costa Blanca? You may not live here permanently. With this sometimes come small worries. Sometimes you may need someone to help a little on the spot. We can help you! Key management is based on trust. We store in a safe place an “extra” set of keys for you. It’s always nice to have someone around with a spare key. You don’t have to worry about forgetting or losing your keys on the way to or from your accommodation. Does your home have an alarm system? Then maybe you need a contact person that you can enter at the alarm centre? Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it!

We understand that every home is unique, and our key management solutions are designed to fit your specific needs and preferences. We commit to taking care of your property as if it were our own, which provides complete security.

Since each customer has different needs and wishes, we meet in person at your home and create a personal solution. Nothing is left to chance and it is carefully discussed with the customer. Communication and transparency are of utmost importance to us!

Routine tasks during each visit:

Important checks:

We check the water and electricity supply and flush the toilet(s). In addition, we check all faucets to ensure they are working properly.

Pest control: We carry out inspections to detect signs of pests and take appropriate measures where necessary.

Care of indoor plants: Although gardening is not included, we take care of your indoor plants to maintain a welcoming environment.

Security: We carry out thorough inspections for signs of burglary and verify the integrity of all locks, closures and alarm systems.

Mail handling: We handle your mail and forward it according to your instructions.

Problem identification and resolution: If we encounter any problems, we will inform you and seek an appropriate solution in consultation with you.

Award:

• BASIC Package (Storage of spare keys only) €96 per year.
• Silver package (1 visit per month) €250 + VAT per year
• Gold package (2 visits per month) €375 + VAT per year
• Diamond package (4 visits per month) €625 + VAT per year
